Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing [WorkOfficeMalls]. To ensure that you have a clear understanding of the product delivery process, please read the following policy carefully.

  1. Place of shipment and delivery time

Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Slovakia.

Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days to complete inventory preparation and shipment after placing an order (excluding international transportation time).

Customized products (such as stationery with corporate logos) may be extended to 30 to 45 working days. Customer service will notify you separately.

Peak period reminder: During festivals such as Black Friday and Christmas, there may be a delay of 3 to 5 working days.

  1. Delivery range and cost

Coverage area: Global delivery is supported (except for some countries/regions subject to customs restrictions).

Freight calculation

Automatically calculate in real time based on the order weight and destination (the final amount is displayed on the settlement page).

Orders over €200 enjoy free shipping within the European Union (Slovakia, Czech Republic, etc.).

  1. Logistics tracking and signature for receipt

Tracking service: After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number, which can be checked on the official website of the cooperative carrier (such as DHL, UPS).

Notice for Receipt

Please check the integrity of the package on the spot. If the outer box is damaged or soaked, take photos immediately and refuse to accept it. At the same time, contact customer service.

If no issues are reported within 48 hours after signing for the goods, it will be regarded as the goods being in normal condition.

  1. Customs and Taxes

Liability Statement: Cross-border orders may incur customs duties/value-added tax, which shall be borne by the buyer.

Declaration suggestion: It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance to avoid delays in customs clearance.

  1. Handling of abnormal situations

If any of the following problems occur, please contact us by email (seatian@workofficemalls.com) within 24 hours:

✅ no logistics notice received over 30 days after shipment

✅ logistics information has been suspended for more than 7 working days

✅ The package is lost or severely damaged
