If any of the following problems occur, please contact customer service (seatian@workofficemalls.com) within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence (such as photos, videos). We will negotiate a solution as the situation requires:

Transportation damage: Obvious damage or functional failure of the goods during the delivery process.

Wrong delivery/missing delivery: The actual received goods do not match the order or the accessories are missing.

Please inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt. Signing for the goods is regarded as your acceptance of their condition.
